The hotel is a good standard place with nicely decorated rooms. the breakfast is good - I tried hot waffles, pastries and scrambled eggs. - the staff are amicable. - the location is easy and unbeatable for exploring Darien.

The hotel was very dirty and run down, holes in the carpet, musty, the fire sprinkler head had inches of dust on it. The furniture was thrift store quality at best. Breakfast was horrible, no one to clean up or replace items, not that we ate.. Front desk person wearing stained clothing, hair was a mess, overall sloppy.. If it wasn't for a prepaid room and the hour of arrival I would have left, slept in clothes all night. How dare this be rated anything above a 2.0..disgusting

The location was good. The staff was friendly.
The first room the air conditioner didn't work. The hotel did give us a different room. The hotel just needs cosmetic updates. The room was rather clean but the hall and elevator rugs seem dirty. The swimming pool was not too inviting even though we did use it one night.

The room had a flat-screen TV, a safe box, and a fridge, which was a nice touch! 📺 I also loved how convenient the location was, just off of I-95.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect for us, being close to the interstate. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

AC unit was "beeping" every 5 minutes for about 2hrs then stopped. Fridge was loud when it kicked on. Breakfast area WAY too small for the crowd.
